To further strengthen team cohesion, break down collaboration barriers between departments, and foster a positive, united, and harmonious working atmosphere, Soubo organized a team-building activity themed “Unite Hearts, Walk Hand in Hand” for all employees in February 2019. Held in early spring, the event served as recognition of the hard work from the past year and a boost of energy for the new year, enabling all Soubo staff to enhance mutual trust through cooperation and build consensus through interaction.

 

Carefully planned by the Human Resources Department, the activity centered on the three core values of cooperation, trust, and progress, featuring a series of fun and challenging team tasks. At the beginning of the event, all participants were randomly divided into teams. They quickly collaborated to design team names, flags, and slogans, which instantly ignited enthusiasm and cultivated a strong sense of collective honor.

 

Subsequently, collaborative challenges such as “Pearl Relay” and “Ultimate 60 Seconds” were carried out in sequence. Team members performed their respective duties and cooperated closely. Through initial trial and error and gradual 磨合，they eventually developed high efficiency and tacit understanding. Every successful challenge was greeted with cheers and applause. In the “Trust Fall” activity, everyone encouraged and relied on one another, deeply comprehending the principle that trust is the cornerstone of a team.

 

During the breaks, employees from various departments sat together to exchange work experience and share life anecdotes. Colleagues usually engaged in R&D, production, and management tasks grew closer in a relaxed atmosphere, breaking down communication barriers across departments. Company leaders also joined the activities, working side by side with employees and interacting warmly. This conveyed the company’s people-oriented core concept, making everyone feel the warmth of the Soubo family.

 

As the sun set, the team-building event concluded successfully with a group photo and lingering laughter. The activity not only allowed employees to relax after busy workdays but also refined their teamwork skills and enhanced overall team cohesion. Many participants expressed that they would translate the spirit of unity and trust gained from the event into practical motivation, devoting themselves to the 2019 work with greater enthusiasm and closer cooperation.

 

A long journey lies ahead with heavy responsibilities. The year 2019 marks a crucial period for Soubo’s development. This team-building activity injected strong impetus into the company’s annual development.
